The Yangon Region Investment Committee Meeting 12/2022 was held at Yangon Region Investment Committee Office on 14th December 2022. The meeting was chaired by U Soe Thein, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee and Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government, and the members of the committee attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee approved one Myanmar citizen investment business with the capital amount of Kyat 4080.50 million and one foreign investment business with the capital amount of US$ 0.50 million in the Manufacturing sector. Those approved 2 businesses are expected to create 295 local job opportunities.
Moreover, the meeting discussed the general issues of sixteen companies, and decided to increase the total capital amount of US $ 2.483 million of four companies and to increase 500 local job opportunities of one company.
