The Sub-Group 1: Legal Aspect Meeting for PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Institutional Framework, jointly organized by Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under Ministry of Planning and Finance and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), was held at the office of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration in Yangon at 3:00 pm on 25th August, 2016.
It was attended by a total of 50 participants comprising of Task Force Members led by U Aung Naing Oo, Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Deputy Directors General, directors and staff from DICA, officials from line Ministries, representatives from JICA Myanmar Office and Kelvin Chia Yangon Ltd.
At the meeting, Director General U Aung Naing Oo delivered the opening remarks. Then the responsible persons from JICA Myanmar Office and Kelvin Chia Yangon Ltd. explained and discussed the result of preparatory survey for PPP focused sectors to the participants.
