The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 1/2024 was held at Yangon Region Investment Committee Office on 30th January 2024. The meeting was chaired by U Soe Thein, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and attended by the Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee has approved seven wholly foreign owned investment businesses and a joint venture business.
The total investments amount of the projects are USD 6.399 Million. The endorsed investment projects are expected to create 6,551 local job opportunities.
Moreover, the general issues of the seven companies have been also discussed in the meeting.
