SUSTAIN THE COUNTRY'S DEVELOPMENTMon State Investment Committee meeting (5/2025) was held at Aung San Hall of Mon State government office on 30th December 2025. This meeting was attended by U Aung Kyi Thein, Chairman of the Mon State Investment Committee and Chief Minister for Mon State Government and members of the Mon State Investment Committee. At the meeting, the Mon State Investment Committee approved wholly own Myanmar citizen investment, increasing the amount of investment, the changing of investor and the approval of share transfer of one investment.
POSTED ON 31 Dec 2025The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 12/2025 was held on 30th December 2025 at Yangon Region Investment Committee (YRIC) in Yangon Office. U Soe Thein, Chairman of the YRIC and Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and members of the YRIC were attended the meeting.At the meeting, YRIC approved 6 Investments which are wholly myanmar owned, wholly foreign owned and Joint venture businesses in the hotel and tourism, manufacturing, and other services sector. They are manufacturing and selling of construction material (100 % local sales), manufacturing, grinding and marketing of rice (90.74% export and 9.26% local sales), production and exporting of value added farming products (100%) export), separating, sorting, packaging and export of various kinds of recycle metal scraps products (100% export),Assembling, Manufacturing, and Distributing various types of fuel-powered 2- Wheel and 3-Wheel motorcycles using (SKD) system (100% Local Sales)and hotel services.These investments are approved with the total capital amount of kyats 9,564.020 million and USD 4.988 Million and 415 local job opportunities can be created.Moreover, the meeting discussed general issues of 17 companies. Including one company that will increase 430 local job opportunities.
POSTED ON 31 Dec 2025The Tanintharyi Region Investment Committee (TRIC) meeting 7/2025 was held on 17th December 2025 at Tanintharyi Region Government Office, Dawei. The meeting was chaired by U Myat Ko, Chairman of Tanintharyi Region Investment Committee and Chief Minister of Tanintharyi Region Government and attended by the members of Tanintharyi Region Investment Committee and Special invitation from related departments.At the Meeting, Chairman and Committee members decided to approve with the 100 % Myanmar Citizen Investment, and discussed generally with representative from relevant departments.
