The Nay Pyi Taw Council Investment Committee (1/2025) meeting was held on 31st May, 2025 in Nay Pyi Taw. The meeting attended by the Chairman for the Nay Pyi Taw Council and Nay Pyi Taw Council Investment Committee, U Than Tun Oo and members of the committee, special invitees from investment related departments attended the meeting. The committee endorsed a new local investment project in Industrial sector. The Committee members also discussed the investment related matters including the extension of the construction period.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Kayin State Investment Committee and Chief Minister of Kayin State, U Saw Myint Oo, as well as the Kayin State Minister for Economic Affairs, U Saw Khin Maung Myint, along with seven committee members.During the meeting, the committee reviewed and discussed a share transfer application submitted by Hpa An Traditional Lodge Ltd., a company that had previously received an official investment permit from the committee.Then, the meeting involved a presentation to the Chairman regarding the investment landscape in Kayin State and the projected investment targets for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, during which guidance and strategic directions were provided.
