The Yangon Region Investment Committee Meeting1/2023 was held at Yangon Region Investment Committee Office on 25th January 2023. The meeting was chaired by U Soe Thein, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee and Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government, and the members of the committee attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee approved a Myanmar citizen investment and nine foreign investment Projects. Those approved 10 businesses with the total capital amount of Kyat 6000.000 million and US$ 10.554 million are expected to create 4,322 local job opportunities.
Moreover, the meeting discussed the general issues of twenty companies, and decided to increase the total capital amount of US$1.702 million for two companies.
