The Yangon Region Investment Committee (YRIC) meeting 9/2022 was held at Yangon Region Investment Committee Office on 28th September, 2022.
The meeting was chaired by U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and Chairman of YRIC. The members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee also attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee approved one Myanmar citizen investment project and four foreign Investment projects in manufacturing and services sector. The approved projects are manufacturing various kinds of garment on CMP basis, manufacturing various kinds of Signal Cable on CMP basis and Warehousing Services and Logistics Services
The total capital amount of approved investment projects are Kyat 1392.403 million and US$ 9.128 million and the projects are expected to create 3149 local job opportunities. Moreover, the attendees also discussed the general issues submitted by twenty-one companies.
