Directorate of Investment and Company Administration -DICA has successfully compiled the Foreign Direct Investment - FDI statistics for Myanmar in recent years.
We are pleased to inform you that DICA plans to conduct this year’s annual Foreign Direct Investment Survey (FDIS) survey for FDI information of year 2021.The companies registered at DICA have a commitment to provide the statistics data to DICA as per the Statistics Law (2018) and the Myanmar Investment Law (2016).
DICA would like to request FDI companies which had already participated in our previous surveys held in 2017, 2018 and 2019 to join this year survey.
For those companies which had never participated in the previous surveys, we will also post a video clip on FDI for understanding of the questionnaire forms and survey guideline presented by Mr. Amila Wijayawardhana, International Monetary Fund -IMF Expert and it will help FDI companies to fill the Survey forms.
Electronic version of the survey forms will also be sent to you and will also be available in the DICA website to be downloaded. We would highly appreciate if you could also submit this year’s FDI data of your company, preferably in Microsoft Excel format.
The deadline for the survey is 13th May, 2022, and we would highly appreciate if you can send us the completed survey forms at your earliest convenience prior to the deadline.
