Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) facilitates applications for visa extension of foreigners from companies registered with Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO) via online system through its website of https://www.dica.gov.mm. It is found out that companies are submitting the fraudulent documents of taxation, issued by Internal Revenue Department (IRD) in their applications and DICA has to return the applications back to the respective applicants.
Therefore, applicants concerned are strongly encouraged NOT TO SUBMIT any fraudulent documents and DICA SHALL not issue recommendation to those applicants, have the documents submitted are confirmed of fraud.
