The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Promoting Direct Investment and Fostering Business Partnership between Myanmar and Japanese Entrepreneurs between Myanmar Investment Commission and Mizuho Bank Ltd. was signed by U Aung Naing Oo, Secretary, Myanmar Investment Commission and Mr. Takahiko Yasuhara, Executive Officer, Mizuho Bank Ltd. at Mizuho Head Office, Japan on 28th July 2015.
