NOTIFICATION FOR COMPANIES
According to the Myanmar Companies Act, Section 76, an Annual General Meeting of every company must be held within eighteen months from the date of its incorporation and, thereafter, at least once in every calendar year and not more than fifteen months after the holding of the last preceding Annual General Meeting. According to Section 32 of the Myanmar Companies Act every company shall submit an annual list of members and a summary of share capital (Form-E) within 21 days of the Annual General Meeting.
In accordance with the above provisions, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) urges the companies registered in 2014-2015 budget year to hold Annual General Meetings and submit a Form-E within 21 days of the date on which the Annual General Meeting is held.
