TRAINING DICA STAFF IN HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES
A training workshop, hosted by Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB), focussed on handling client complaints and grievance mechanisms on 15 March 2017.
MCRB team explained the operation and effectiveness of grievance mechanisms and the frameworks that are in place in Myanmar and around the world.
Thirty five junior DICA staff and MCRB experts attended the seventh day of the training series.
