MYANMAR BUSINESS FORUM HELD IN TOKYO, JAPAN

November 8 2016, Myanmar Business Forum held in Tokyo at the JETRO Exhibition Hall, which was jointly organized by the Ministry of Planning and Finance and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) with the support of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (MEITI) aimed to improve investment relationship between two countries.

At the From, Ms. Yuri Sato, Executive Vice President from JETRO and H.E U Kyaw Win, Union Minister from Ministry of Planning and Finance delivered the opening addresses. After that, U Aung Naing Oo, Director General, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of Planning and Finance gave a presentation on “The New Myanmar Investment Law & How it Works”. Furthermore, U Zaw Min Win, President from the UMFCCI gave a message to Japanese Investors relating with the experience for doing business in Myanmar. A total of over 300 participants including Japanese Businesspersons were attended the Forum.
