CONSULTATION MEETING ON DRAFT MYANMAR COMPANIES LAW

A consultation meeting on the draft Myanmar Companies Law led by the speaker of  Pyidaungsu Hluttaw and speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw was held on 8th February 2017 at 2.00 pm in the meeting room of Building J of the Amyotha Hluttaw in Naypyidaw and a presentation on the Draft Myanmar Companies Law was given by U Aung Naing Oo, the Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration. The meeting was attended by members of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission, members of Bill Committee of the Amyotha Hluttaw, members of Amyotha Hluttaw, officials from the Ministry of Planning and Finance, officials from Union Attorney General Office, members of Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce (UMFCCI) and Legal Experts from ADB.
