NOTIFICATION
- DICA has been taking responsible for companies registration in accordance with Myanmar Companies Act , 1914 and the Special Companies Act, 1950. According to the provision of section 32 and 76 of the Myanmar Companies Act, the First Annual General Meeting shall be held by the respective companies within eighteen months from the date of its incorporation and thereafter once at least in every calendar year and not more than fifteen months after the holding of the last preceding general meeting. Subsequently, it is required to submit Form E to DICA.
- Therefore, it is hereby notified that companies that registered in March, 2015 are required to hold the Annual General Meeting not later than September, 2016 and submit Form E to Head Office and Branch Offices of DICA.
