Mr Park Hyeon, Vice Dean and Professor of the International School of Urban Sciences from University of Seoul in Korea and his team, paid a call with U Thant Sin Lwin, Deputy Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA)in Yangon on 28 July, 2017 and discussed the matters relating to the Public Private Partnership(PPP) and investment.
