CONSULTATION MEETING ON DRAFT MYANMAR COMPANIES LAW

A consultation meeting, on the draft Myanmar Companies Law led by U Zaw Min, Chairman of  the Bill Committee of the Amyotha Hluttaw, was held on 15 June 2017 at the Amyotha Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw.

The consultation meeting was attended by the members of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission, the members of Bill Committee of the Amyotha Hluttaw, the officials from the Union Attorney General Office, Ministry of Commerce, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, and the representatives from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce (UMFCCI), Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Legal Experts from Asian Development Bank.
