WORKSHOP AND DEMONSTRATION ON FIRE PREVENTION AND FIREFIGHTING

With the aim of ensuring effective preparedness and increasing awareness on fire prevention and firefighting, workshop and demonstration on fire prevention and firefighting was conducted at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration at No.1, Thitsar Street, Yankin Township in Yangon at 10:00 am on 29th, April, 2015.

U Win Win, Deputy Head of Yangon Region from Fire Services Department, made presentation on fire safety measures along video clips of fire outbreaks. Then, in cooperation with the firefighters, the staffs of DICA practiced fire drills. The event was successfully concluded at 12:00 pm.

The workshop was attended by a total of 250 people notably Director General, Deputy Director Generals, and staffs from the office.
