OPENING CEREMONY OF THE WORKSHOP ON PRACTICAL ISSUES ON THE COMPILATION AND DISSEMINATION OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT STATISTICS

 In cooperation with DICA and IMF, the opening ceremony of the workshop on Practical Issues on the Compilation and Dissemination of Foreign Direct Investment Statistics was held at the Head Office in the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration on 30th January 2015. U Thant Sin Lwin, Deputy Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration made an opening speech at the ceremony. And then Mr. Yasuhisa Ojima, IMF Resident Representative for Myanmar and Mr. Fernando Lemos, Resident Advisor-IMF TAOLAM delivered the opening remarks. The workshop will be held from 30th January to 2nd February 2017. 30 participants from Head Office and from the State and Region Branch Offices of DICA were in attendance.
