AFTERCARE SERVICE TO INVESTORS WORKSHOP HELD IN YANGON REGION

Aftercare Service to Investors in Yangon Region workshop was held on 17th January, 2020 at the Wyndham Grand Yangon. It was organized by Yangon Region Investnment Committee (YRIC) for discussing the difficulties encountered in the operation, in order to proceed with the Myanmar Investment Law and its related procedures, the application process must be properly conducted by the Yangon Region Investment Committee (YRIC) approved investment enterprises.

The workshop was attended by more than 400 people including Government officials from respective departments, local and foreign businessmen, and representative from the Industrial Zone Committees, law firms and Medias.

According to the agenda, U Phyo Min Thein, Chief Minister of the Yangon Region Government, Chairman of Yangon Region Investment Committee delivered the opening address. After that, U Myint Thaung, Minister of Planning and Finance for Yangon Region and Daw Moe Moe Moe Su Kyi, Minister of Immigration and Human Resources, Yangon Region delivered the greeting remarks respectively.

 Then, U Thant Sin Lwin, Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration discussed effective aftercare services for investors. U Myo Khine Oo, Secretary of the Yangon Region Investment Committee and the government officials discussed further services to investors after receiving approval in Yangon Region.
