DIRECTOR GENERAL U THANT SIN LWIN DELIVERS KEYNOTE SPEECH AT “MATCHMAKING CONFERENCE ON CHINA (HUBEI) – MYANMAR INVESTMENT COOPERATION PROMOTION”

U Thant Sin Lwin, Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations delivered keynote speech today at “Matchmaking Conference on China (Hubei)-Myanmar Investment Cooperation Promotion”, virtually organized with the cooperation between Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) and the Department of Commerce of Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China.

U Soe Myint Aung, Deputy Director General of DICA also discussed with the title of “Promotion of the Investment Environment and Opportunities in Myanmar” at the conference.

The Conference is attended by 125 participants including the H.E Mr. Chen Hai, Chinese Ambassador in Myanmar, U Zaw Min Win, Chairman of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), Director General of Hubei Department of Commerce, representatives from China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar (CECCM) and Hubei Enterprises.

The bilateral cooperation in trade, investment and the potential economic sectors such as industrial zones, agriculture, communication, automobile and pharmaceutical industries between Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China and Myanmar will be improved as a result of that conference.
