DISCUSSION WITH FAR EAST HOLDING GROUP

Myanmar’s power sector, particularly the transmission and distribution of electricity, was among the subjects discussed at a meeting between a delegation led by Mr. Jian Yipei, President of BOD office, Far East Holding Group and Deputy Director General (Supervision), U Than Aung Kyaw, at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration.

The new Myanmar Investment Law and Rules, new Company Law, and the benefits of investing in promoted sectors and zones were also discussed at the meeting on 1st March 2017.
