TRAINING DICA STAFF IN HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

A series of training workshops focusing on handling complaints and Grievances is being jointly hosted by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB) on 13th March 2017.

On the fifth day of the workshop, the MCRB team, led by Director Vicky Bowman, explained how a complaints and grievance mechanism works in an organization like DICA and the role of these mechanisms in Myanmar laws and international frameworks. Twenty five senior DICA staff and four MCRB experts attended the fifth day of the training series.
