DIRECTOR GENERAL U THANT SIN LWIN DELIVERS CONGRATULATORY REMARKS AT THE MYANMAR KOREA DESK OPENING CEREMONY

U Thant Sin Lwin, Director General of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) delivered congratulatory remarks today at the Myanmar Korea Desk Opening Ceremony at Yangon Lotte Hotel, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.                                                                                                                                                                          

The ceremony was attended by 30 participants including Chairman of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce (UMFCCI) Director General of Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization (MYANTRADE) and senior officials  from the relevant ministries for the Myanmar side, Chairman of Presidential Committee on New Southern Policy, Ambassador of Korea Embassy and other representatives for the Korea side according to the guidelines and instructions for COVID-19 prevention by the Ministry of Health and Sports of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The office of Korea Desk is situated at the DICA Yangon Branch Office, No. 49, Sein Lae May Lane, Kabar Aye Road, Yankin Township, Yangon.

The initiative of Korea Desk is also a good collaboration for promoting Korea investment in Myanmar and would be a positive impact on the economic development of both countries.
