THE VIRTUAL WARP UP MEETING ON “KAIZEN FOR INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY DEVELOPMENTWORKSHOP”

A virtual warp up meeting on “KAIZEN for Institutional Capacity Development Workshop” organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was held to share the experience and lesson learned by DICA officials of what they have learned through the Workshop on 22 January 2021.

          Director General U Thant Sin Lwin highlighted in his speech to analyze the opportunity to make better changes for current challenges by using KAIZEN tools.

          In addition, the trainee gave the presentation regarding the KAIZEN tools and it was gave the feedback by the Director General and Deputy Director Generals.

          The meeting was attended by a total of 50 participants, notably U Thant Sin Lwin, Director General, Deputy Directors General and officials from DICA Head-office and State and Regional offices, and representatives from Japan International Organization Agency (JICA).
