ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMPANIES
The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) is now undertaking registration of the concerned companies in line with the Myanmar Companies Act 1914 and Special Company Act 1950. In doing so, Our DICA would like to inform the investors that if they would like to register the concerned companies based on their proposal business activities, they can set up their companies concerned in accordance with the notification No.15/2017 dated on April 10, 2017 of Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC).
