PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO INVESTORS ON HOTELS AND TOURISM, POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INDUSTRIAL ZONE, REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION SECTORS

 The new Myanmar Investment Law (MIL) was enacted on 18th October, 2016.               In accordance with the MIL and Rules, an announcement has been made by Myanmar Investment Commission on the process for investors to prepare and submit investment proposals, starting from the first week of September, 2017.

On 19th September 2017, a team led by the Deputy Director General, U San Myint, including the Director of Investment (3) Division, Daw Mya Sanda, provided the assistance and information concerning this Hotels and Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, Industrial Zone, Real Estate and Construction Sectors to three private companies at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration.
