CONSULTATION MEETING ON DRAFT MYANMAR COMPANIES LAW

A consultation meeting on the draft Myanmar Companies Law led by U Zaw Min, the speaker of  the Bill Committee of the Amyotha Hluttaw, was held on 4th July 2017 at 10.00 am in the Building 16 of the Amyotha Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw.The meeting was attended by members of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission, members of Bill Committee of the Amyotha Hluttaw, officials from the Union Attorney General Office, Ministry of Commerce, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration under the Ministry of Planning and Finance, representatives from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry(UMFCCI),Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Legal Experts from Asian Development Bank(ADB).
