CALL WITH AGENCE FRANCAISE DE DEVELOPMENT (AFD)

On behalf of the Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), U Kyaw Win Tun , Director of Planning and Statistics Division together with U Soe Myint Aung, Director of Investment 2 Division, met with Mr Stephanie Margat, economist with Agence Francaise de Development (AFD) and his team members on 14 June 2017 at DICA. At the meeting, the directors explained the new Myanmar Investment Law and Rules and notifications issued by Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC). Mr Margat informed the Directors of the activities of the French Government and AFD  in four areas in Myanmar – energy, water management, health care and urban development – which started in 2016 and will continue until 2018.
