FOREIGN INVESTORS MUST ADVISE RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES

According to the Myanmar Investment Rule 227, all foreign investors, including those holding a permit of Myanmar Investment Commission, who are currently carrying out investments under the list of restricted investment activities subject to Notification No. 15/ 2017 of the Myanmar Investment Commission, must notify the Commission that they are performing restricted investment activities. Therefore, the Commission hereby announces that such foreign investors must notify to the Myanmar Investment Commission Office or the respective State or Regional Committee Offices by 29th March 2019 with the stipulated form in accordance with the Rule 2 (v).
