NEWLY RECRUITMENT OF EXPATRIATE FOR FOREIGN EMPLOYEE

The following documents are necessaries on application for the permission of work for the foreign employee and need to attend to the Chairman of MIC;

–      Cover Letter (name, passport no, position of the foreign employee and duration of work)

–      Copy of Passport

–      Form 8 (application form for the permission of work)

–      Form 9 (application form for the stay permit)

–      Recommendation letter from representative of Board of Director

–      List of appointed employee (local and foreign) (Local employees must be listed as managerial level, Supervisory

        level, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled level)

–      Copy of MIC permit and Decision

–      Authorization Letter (If investors cannot come to office)

–      Copy of latest Quarterly Performance Report

–      CV Form of applied foreign employee
