ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MIC PERMITTED INVESTMENT BUSINESSES WHICH ARE NOT SUBMITTED QUARTERLY REPORT FOR 2016-2017 FISCAL YEAR

Myanmar Investment Commission has scrutinized the investment proposals and granted the Permits in accordance with Foreign Investment Law and Myanmar Citizens’ Investment Law. Every permitted investment businesses in Myanmar are required to submit the Performance Report in every three months to the Commission during the permitted operation period of the investment business as set forth in the Rules and procedures. Therefore, the investment businesses which are not submitted yet the Report for the first quarter of FY 2016-17 are advised to submit the Report to the Myanmar Investment Commission Office in Yangon, not later than ten days from July 17, 2016.
