MYANMAR’S NEW INVESTMENT LAWS: HEAR FROM THE EXPERTS HELD IN MELIA HOTEL

Myanmar’s New Investment Laws: Hear from the Experts, organized by Australia-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce, was held at Melia Hotel, Yangon in the morning of 23rd November 2016.

At the Event, Mr. Jodi Weedon, CEO, Australia-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce delivered introductory speech and H.E. Mr. Nicholas Coppel, Australian Ambassador to Myanmar delivered the opening speech. After that, U Aung Naing Oo, Director General, Directorate of Investment and Company Administration explained matters related to new Myanmar investment law. The event was attended by representatives from International Finance Cooperation (IFC), Partner from Berwin Leighton Paisner, Senior Trade Commissioner from Austrade and Secretary General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes from Work Bank and followed by Question and Answer Section.
