Daw Khin Nandar Hlaing, Deputy Staff Officer of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, left for Japan in the evening of 25th August 2016 to pursue the Master’s Course in International Relation at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto under the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Program, 2016-17.
