The Myanmar Investment Rules is approved by the Cabinet and has been uploaded in DICA website with Myanmar and English versions.
Information about notifications of restricted investment activities (s42) and promoted investment sectors (s43) will also be released within a few days.
Note: English version is unofficial translation and the official translation will be released after confirmation from the Union Attorney General Office
